The building is a historic building and apartments are located upstairs with no elevator. The property is mixed use and the upper floor contains some offices as well as the apartments. General attention to noise levels is required. The maximum occupancy for our apartments is two (2) persons. Owner pays utilities and supplies Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection is a public network, and owner makes no guarantees of speed. If the connection is insufficient for the tenant, they may bring on their own service at their own expense. Lease is three months at a time with easy renewals. No smoking, no pets. Off street and street parking available.
