Many factors affect the monthly electric bill including settings on the thermostat, water heater, refrigerator, and how many electronic devices you use. 12)Do you offer Wi-Fi? No, not at this time. But, you are welcome to sign up for internet service with Windstream or possibly other providers. 13)Can I put lawn chairs in the yard? Yes, but we do not allow any permanent structures to be added, and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, including any items left outside. 14)Do you have additional storage outside the units? A small unfinished storage room is located just outside the back door adjacent to the rear deck. 15)Do you offer discounts for seniors or military?
