Property
From what we saw, the property and amenities seemed nice and new. Unfortunately we were not able to see 2/3 of the rooms, so my impression of the apartment is slightly skewed.
Management
The property manager seemed motivated and informed, but it was very strange that the tenants were still in the building when we toured it and refused to leave their rooms.

Property
The tenants were sleeping when we arrived and did not leave their rooms, so we were not able to see 2/3 rooms, which was a bit unfortunate. The apartment seemed clean, but I cannot provide an accurate description of the apartment as we were not able to see the majority of it.
