The townhouse is thoughtfully designed with a kitchen that includes a dining area and a cozy living room. The second-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom, while the top floor provides a full-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk for work or study. Guests are responsible for avoiding excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., with a $300 fine for verified noise complaints. A fee of $150 applies for a lost key, and a lockout fee of $100 will be charged for assistance in regaining access to the property. No pets are allowed without express permission and payment of an additional cleaning fee.
