Great group of tenants -- mostly medical students, doctors and young professionals, in a fabulous area -- Fox Point - with a shared backyard. Parking for one car. Right near Wickendon St shops, RI Hospital and the Brown Medical School and downtown.

No smokers or vapers. We are flexible on pets and would consider a small non-barking dog or cat with a pet deposit and $25/month additional rent.
