Repainted, ceilings replastered, new lighting and upgraded and updated electrical. Newly refinished hardwoods. There are no finished pictures of the counters or final cabinets as this is in the works as I write this.
Great group of tenants -- mostly medical students, doctors and young professionals, in a fabulous area -- Fox Point - with a shared backyard. Parking for one car. Right near Wickendon St shops, RI Hospital and the Brown Medical School and downtown.
Washer and dryer and dry storage in the basement.
No smokers or vapers. We are flexible on pets and would consider a small non-barking dog or cat with a pet deposit and $25/month additional rent.

Deposit due at signing -- we are flexible on the move-in date and could do late July. The renovations are still being finished but we could finish sooner if need be.
