Guests can enjoy the Lost Bridge Facilities such as the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis court and library with a small daily fee. Drive just 2.3 miles down the road to explore Beaver Lake at Lost Bridge Marina, or take a 45-minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this is the ultimate private lake getaway. Enjoy sweeping Beaver Lake and Ozark Mountain views from every room. Walmart is approximately a 25-minute drive away but offers home delivery service or pickup. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. Pets are not permitted at the property; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home; smoking in the home will incur a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake; cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
