Parking is available for five vehicles in the home's two-car garage and driveway. The property is 0.9 miles, approximately a 4-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to the beach. It is approximately 1.4 miles to Carlsbad Village, a 6-minute drive or approximately a 30-minute walk. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The hot tub is on demand and included in the nightly rate. Pool heat is not available from November 1st to April 1st. Pool and spa heat work on the same heat system, so only one can be heated at a time. The pool heats at about 1 degree per hour. Security cameras are located outside of the garage.
