Property
Brand new townhome, looks fine inside, though some cheap materials have been used, the major issue is the neighborhood, which we suspected going in but we still wanted to see for ourselves. But aside from all of that, the property just wouldn't work for all of our needs.
Management
Took a little while to hear back from the contact listed on Zillow, then a promised callback for scheduling a viewing didn't happen until I reached out again. But in person she and the assistant were lovely, professional and friendly.
