No cats allowed Pet deposit is $250 (non-refundable) and $25 monthly per pet. The lawn care is well kept and done year around. Outside windows are cleaned every 2-wks Management changes air filters out the first week of every month and sprays pesticides for pest prevention every other month so animals have to be put up in a kennel that day if you're not home. Every month the rent is due on the 1st and is considered late after 5pm on the 5th of the month. If your late 3 times in a 1yr lease period, your subject to immediate eviction. If you choose to have high speed Wi-Fi then the $50 is due every month on the 1st also or it will be disconnected.
