Management
I was told to contact a "Rose" upon arrival. When I showed up she answered the phone and then deferred me to her husband who was already in the unit. He was nice but he was too scripted in his pitch.

I read all the negative Yelp reviews that have been posted about how this apartment complex is managed and still decided to see for myself. First, this small studio apt is way over priced and they want to add $135 for utilities, street parking only (and this place is next to a high school), and then you still need to cover the Spectrum internet for $50 more. So this place ends up being close to $1600 month, They also ask you to zelle them $500 (just to prove that you are interested) with your $50 application fee. The fees are exhorbant. My guess is that the people they are renting to are desperate for housing, are college students with mommy/daddy money, and dont know the value of rentals vs. square footage. I passed on this place and you should too.
