Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup of any pet waste. Balcony Rules Grills: Only gas or electric barbeques that are approved by the Denver Fire Code are permitted on the balcony. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Use & Appearance: Balconies must be kept aesthetically in keeping with the exterior of the building. Only appropriate lawn/patio furniture is allowed. Storage: General storage is not permitted; storage containers require Board approval. Maintenance: Balconies cannot be used as a pet litter box and must be kept free of animal waste. General Association Rules for Residents Quiet Hours: Residents must exercise reasonable care to avoid excessively loud noise. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Sunday through Thursday) and 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Friday and Saturday). Move-In/Out: All moves must be scheduled with the Property Manager 3 days in advance and require a $75 fee. Moves must be done through the back door between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Damage: Residents are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, guests, or tenants to common areas or other units, which will be repaired at the unit owner's expense. Keys: Building keys are not to be duplicated. Front door and garage door codes are for resident use only. If you lock yourself out, you are responsible for the locksmith fee. Laundry: Hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
