Boat and car parking are available. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3, and require a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Exterior cameras are at the property for security purposes with one doorbell camera on the front door and an outdoor camera on the backyard shed. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
