There are three bedrooms and a large eat in kitchen that has a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a large living room with a TV for all your streaming pleasure. Large bathroom with tub and a complementary hairdryer. There is also an outdoor BBQ for your use. This property is only a summer rental which is from Memorial Day weekend to the end of September. It can be a weekly or monthly rental during that time frame. There is no smoking of any type on the property which includes the deck. There are no pets allowed. The renter needs to be 25 years or older and be present on the property during the stay.
