Access requires a 5-step ladder and marine odors may occur at low tide. Showers are available at the marina with a card required for access. The yacht features two spacious cabins with full-size beds and two onboard heads (marine bathrooms), providing a unique and cozy space to unwind on the water. A full galley is available for light cooking, and a 42" TV offers relaxation after a day of exploring. For showering, we recommend the clean and spacious facilities at the marina, which require a credit card for access. Anacortes is a vibrant coastal town known for its charming shops, waterfront views, and easy access to the San Juan Islands. You're going to love it here! Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, also resulting in dismissal without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool; kindly return them to the designated place. Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
