Smoking and vaping are allowed on the outdoor deck only. No parties or events This is a peaceful retreat for relaxation. Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Registered guests only; no overnight visitors without prior approval. Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Utilities and Wifi are included in the monthly rate. Dispose of trash in the designated outdoor bins. Please be advised, local ordinances require that all guests must wear a life jacket when kayaking or boating. A maximum of two pets allowed
