There are ample walking paths to get out and enjoy the fresh air. The condo community has a shared pool (summer) and year-round hot tub, sauna and gym. Summer sports include badminton/volleyball and bocce ball during the warmer months. Palisades, North Star and Tahoe Donner are all within a 15 20-minute drive. The primary bath has a stall shower and jetted tub to soak in after a day on the slopes or mountain biking. The unit also has a furnished walkout patio that backs to open space and allows for a lot of privacy. Enjoy the hum of the trains as they go by highlighting Truckee's charm. The HOA plows snow in the winter and maintains the ground in the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked (plates, silverware, glassware, barware, cookware, herbs/spices, etc) and ready for a professional chef or novice! It has been a part-time rental for several years and received 100% 5-star ratings. This is our pride and joy and truly our "happy place". We are relocating to NYC for a couple of years and looking for someone who will care for our home as much as we would. Minimum 12-month lease is requested. Shorter terms considered on a case by case basis. Sorry - HOA does not permit pets for renters.
