Comfort & Convenience This fully furnished townhouse is equipped with everything you need for a seamless stay, including: Well-stocked kitchen with an electric range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, air fryer, Instant Pot, and toaster oven perfect for cooking your fresh catch. Coffee lovers rejoice! We provide a combination Keurig/classic coffee pot. Outdoor gear for your adventures, including 2 kayaks with paddles, chairs, towels, floats, nets, coolers, and even an extra ice maker. In-unit washer & dryer for added convenience. Spacious layout Kitchen, living/dining area, and a half bath downstairs, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. One of only two 3-bedroom units in the entire complex! Resort-Style Amenities Enjoy access to the heated pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Stay Connected High-speed internet, cable TV, and all utilities are included. Parking & Community Rules: Two designated parking spaces and two guest passes. HOA requires a minimum 3-month lease, and all applicants must pass a credit check and provide at least one non-family referral. Important Note on Availability Our condo is one of the first available for occupancy in the complex, which is currently undergoing construction following damage from Hurricane Helene. While some areas remain under renovation, rest assured that our unit will be fully prepared for your stay, offering a comfortable and well-equipped home base. If you're looking for a long-term rental in a stunning waterfront location, this is it! We ask for a 90-day minimum stay, but we're flexible if you'd like to stay longer and make the most of your winter escape. The unit is reserved for our personal use during June and July, but it's available all other times of the year.
