Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. The bunk bed is a twin over full. As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and windingthat's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it's your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it. NO SMOKING in the cabin. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the cabin and/or linens. NO PARTIES are allowed and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. This is the rule of the Condo Association.
