     Management

Very nice and informative response. Seems like a well managed property.

     Property

The property is being renovated but it's very small inside. Small kitchen, pretty small bedroom, small living room, no room for a kitchen table. The kitchen counter is a weird wood color and there's a pillar that goes up to the ceiling in the same weird color- it doesn't match the rest of the kitchen or apartment, they needed to just get rid of it or paint over it. Also, the "garages" are not big enough to fit more than a small car.

     Management

    He was responsive and helpful.

Fitness is a lifestyle—beach volleyball, surfing, paddleboarding, Greenbelt jogging, classes at CorePower Yoga and SoulCycle—and green spaces like Polliwog Park, Sand Dune Park, and the local dog park keep it family- and pet-friendly. Recent Zillow market trends show a median rent around $6,000, with most listings over the past few months ranging from about $4,000 to $10,000 per month. Walkable streets, sunset lounges, and easy access to PCH, the 405, and LAX round out the coastal-luxury vibe.
