There is a designated parking spot in the driveway for the renter. There is absolutely no smoking inside or on the premises. No pets are allowed (at this time) in the cottage. All yard maintenance is done by owner. Security deposit will be returned upon inspection of the cottage minus a possible cleaning fee of $200.
