FAQ's Frequently Asked Questions: 1) Completed APPLICATION PACKET per individual (emailed upon request; application, credit, background and eviction check) Cost approximately $49 per individual, everyone 18 years or older who will reside in the rental must apply. 2) Last 2 (two) pay stubs (proof of income) 3) Copy of social security card or TIN card (Tax ID Number) 4) Copy of DRIVERS LICENSE or photocopy of Government issued photo id required (Driver's license/DMV ID card/passport) 5) Cashier's Check for the amount of security deposit due (72 hours) after acknowledgment of approval to rent unless REQUIRED with application packet (before owner review). 6) Pets acceptable on a case by case basis.
