    Fully renovated 3rd floor apartment with beautiful new kitchen and bathroom located a 6 minute walk to the magoun green line station, and a 13 minute walk to both Porter(red line and commuter rail) and Davis station, and literally steps to three little figs coffee shop, a yoga studio, hair salon, and bank and a quick walk to other restaurants on highland ave. This open concept apartment boasts lots of sun though sky lights and large windows. It has a chefs dream of a kitchen with granite countertops, a 36in stainless steel gas stove with electric convection oven, and stainless steel refrigerator with an ice-maker, a motion activated sink faucet(for when your hands are dirty), and an ultra quiet dishwasher. There is bar seating behind the stove for three, and a nice dinning room area right off the kitchen with gorgeous views down hudson st. The marble bathroom has a generous shower with the ability to turn on two shower heads at once(perfect for couples who like to shower together, or when you want to be enveloped in water), a shower bench and built in shelves. It also has a medicine cabinet for extra storage, and a deceivingly large built in shelf system behind the sink for storing lots of toilet paper or other toiletries. The generous bedroom fits a king size bed and has a large closet and space for dressers and bedside tables. There is extra storage space in two knee wall closets(one off the bedroom, and one of the dinning room). There is dedicated laundry in the basement for each unit(not coin op). The entire apartment has smart light switches installed that can be controlled with your phone or voice(landlord will help with setup). Newly installed mini-split heating system offers central ac during the summer. There is also usually lots of off street parking since you are at the beginning of a one way street (hudson st). landlords were previously owner occupied in the unit, but are moving down the road to Cambridge, and are very attentive and quick to fix any issues that arise. first, last, and security deposit, but no brokers fee! Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. no dogs but cats are negotiable
