No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
