The open-concept great room makes you feel right at home in the heart of Tahoe. With a 3 person couch, two recliners, and a comfy lounge chair, you can gather around near the fire for a family movie night on the 52" TV. This room features a blu ray player, smart tv and a large gas fireplace.
The kitchen in this home features brown-marble counter tops, white appliances, 5 glass stovetop burners, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes helpful appliances such as a toaster, drip coffee maker, and microwave!
You'll have 3 bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom features a king bed, a 42" TV, and an ensuite bath - perfect for mom and dad! This bedroom also provides access to the backyard through a sliding glass door. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and heat lamp for those chilly winter mornings and nights. Across the hall are bedrooms 2 and 3, both featuring queen beds and 42" TVs. These share a bathroom with the main living area, featuring a shower/tub combo and extra counter space for getting ready in the morning!
This home does not have air conditioning.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date & receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

Maximum 120 day rental. Occupant must agree to rental terms and sign Lease agreement. Occupant must provide valid credit card, ID, and agree to credit check. Occupants must abide by rules for vacation rentals as outlined in Lease agreement. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the property. Owner pays utilities, water, and garbage service. Fees will include housekeeping every 15 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
