A $250 penalty applies if police are called due to noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior, resulting in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, with a $300 penalty for violations and removal from the rental without refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the property, and a $200 penalty applies for leaving kayaks in the pool. Any property damage will result in a pro-rated charge to your booking account. All penalties will be automatically deducted from your booking account. At check-out, ensure all lights, A/C, water, and stove/gas are turned off, and the door is securely locked.
