Located behind the main house, it has no common, living-space walls with the front house. Upgrades include: beautiful Caeserstone countertops in kitchen and bathroom; all new bathroom with white-tiled shower; outdoor deck with patio furniture and umbrella; shared washer and dryer; one queen bed, one twin bed; den with open beamed ceiling. Full kitchen with dishwasher, newer gas range, refrigerator, all small appliances and cookware. Freshly painted white walls; new hardwood laminate floors in bedroom and mini-room; tile everywhere else. On-site parking is not available, however, street parking is close by.
