The apartment is located in the tall pines surrounded with woods and well maintained lawns. There are water views of Sibley Pond with access for fishing, kayaking and canoeing. This is a quiet and peaceful area with camp roads and woods to explore. There is a fire pit for campfires on the property to entertain family and friends. The apartment has hardwood and tiled floors. Heat is included with the rent but there is also an emergency back up propane heating system for power outages ( yes, they sometimes occur and you will be prepared). The apartment will be freshly painted at occupancy. The owner lives onsite. The Lease is for 9 months (negotiable). Upon renewal in July 2026, the new lease will be for one year.
