Large rooms with walk-in closets and lots of storage space. Laundry with hook-ups and storage. Off street parking for one vehicle and street parking for other vehicles. Upper unit with deck. No yard-work required. No dogs or other animals allowed exception One indoor cat allowed. Each adult 18 and over needs to apply separately and pay a separate fee of $55.00. Each applicant must show valid drivers license and social security card and provide a copy. All applicants must provide income sources and meet criteria separately. All applications shall be personally given to Landlord unless otherwise agreed upon by Landlord. Status of application will be provided to tenant by text, phone or email. If the applicants application is denied the status will be in writing and mailed. Applicants must view rental unit prior to application process by making an appointment by phone. All units have a no-smoking policy and no pet policy without prior authorization. Landlord does not accept Co-signers. Move-in date is 7 days after approval of application. No smoking policy, cat only with landlord approval and pet fee of $500 and $25 month pet fee. Documentation of all income such as pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, rental assistance vouchers, and proof of previous address such as a bill must be provided. Each applicant must be willing to agree to the above basic terms and policies, in addition to all other terms included in our standard lease agreement. No fish tanks, birds or reptiles, or water beds. No more than one cat per unit. No dogs.
