Whole Foods, restaurants, a dog park, bars, and shopping are all within walking distance. There's also 24/7 garage parking just down the street. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM, both outside and inside. Conversations and TV/music should be at a respectful tone during these hours. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited. Parties, small gatherings, get-togethers, events, and filming are all prohibited, and extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building or apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked or covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. A handrail leading up into the bedrooms/kitchen/dining area is only on the side of the wall. This listing is not recommended for kids or the elderly. A late check-out fee is $200. No smoking of any substance is allowed.
