If you would like to stay more than 30 nights: in accordance with the Alaska Landlord Tenant act we require a signed lease agreement with management fee of $230 for the first 59 nights and then $80 for each 30 day block after 59 nights (for supplemental insurance). -Owner is responsible for all utilities -Will allow up to 2 well behaved dogs NO other pets allowed (fees will occur if there is pet damage upon departure) -No smoking of ANY kind is allowed -Quite hours 10pm-8am -No disruptive parties allowed -Broken items will be charged to tenets at value of the item.
