Parties and gatherings are fully prohibited, with an unauthorized party or gathering fee of $500. A noise complaint fee of $100 per complaint applies after the first warning. Indoor smoking incurs a $500 fee, and a lost or missing key fee is $65. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance, and a $250 penalty for having pets in the unit. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas or stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund. Decorated with love and care, every detail is designed for your comfort. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
