Management
Very rude, all he did was ask me how many of us there were. Then told me it was student housing and hung up on me. Nowhere in the description does it say student housing. And it was completely rude for him to just hang up on me.

Management
The landlord sent me an email to call the number listed for an appointment in a timely manner, so I was glad he got back to me so quick. However, when I called, he asked who would be living in the home. As soon as I said that it would be me, my husband, and child, he said "this is for student housing only" and quickly hung up on me as I was still trying to explain to him that I was a student at the nearby college. If it is only for students, then he should include that on the listing so people don't waste their time reaching out.
