    Pros: Lots of square footage for the price Close proximity to downtown Fredericksburg Cons: Lots of water damage Window frames disintegrating, and being held together with tyvec tape. Breaker Panel for the whole building is in this apartment's kitchen, so if there's ever a problem in someone else's apartment they're coming into yours. Access to water heater and central heating unit are in this apartment, so if there's ever a problem, they're coming to your apartment. No bedroom closet. Storage closet in this apartment is full of paint and materials for the rest of the house.
