There are 1-2 assigned parking stalls (ask me about details). The living space is very comfortable any time of year with modern furnishings and appliances. AC units in the living room and master bedroom, which are almost never necessary due to the breezy nature of 21 stories up. There is a washer/dryer in-unit that is very nice and quiet. Currently, the condo is fully furnished with everything you need. Furnishings can be negotiable depending on your needs, but ideally would be rented as is.
