Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This neighborhood is a historic residential area, centrally located between the university, dining, downtown, and the country club. Driving is recommended, but a variety of amenities are within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, no spaces are shared. We like to give our guests space and respect their privacy and safety with contact-less check-in, but please know that we are only a call or message away if anything is needed during your stay. We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay.
