The following guidelines must be adhered to in order to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents. Utilities & Trash Removal: Tenants are responsible for paying their own utilities. Property manager will cover the cost of water, sewage, and trash removal. Tenants must place their trash in city trash cans at the side of the road every Wednesday evening without exception. Tenants are responsible for the removal of personal bulk trash. Maintenance & Repairs: Tenants must notify the property manager as soon as possible via text message regarding any damages or necessary repairs in the apartment (e.g., a leaking faucet or a broken door). Tenants are responsible for changing light bulbs and replacing batteries in smoke detectors and battery-operated locks.
