Amenities & Extras --Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy the complex's heated pool and hot tub, open from April 1st to October 31st, 8am to 10pm. --Laundry: Access to a shared laundry room for all four units in the building. --Parking & Storage: The condo includes a garage space for one car, with an additional driveway spot for a second car. The garage is shared with one other unit, fully enclosed, lockable, and includes additional lockable storage closets. There's also ample street parking available in the complex and nearby on the main street. --Cleaning Service: We can provide a cleaning service as often as needed for an additional fee, so you can keep your space tidy without any hassle. Depending on stay arrangements there will be a 1-3 month required professional cleaning for an additional $275 per cleaning. Additionally, a final cleaning charge will be incurred upon lease termination which can vary by condo condition.
