We are pet friendly! All pets will be subject to a refundable pet deposit of $300 for the first pet, $100 for each additional pet, and a non-refundable fee of $300. Each household is limited to a maximum of three pets. Pet rent will be charged for dogs and cats at $35 a month for each pet, no more than three pets.
We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.257
