This beautiful property is a duplex in a quiet neighborhood located on the outskirts of Kissimmee and just a short drive away from all the theme parks and shops. The open floor plan in the house makes you feel welcomed as soon as you step foot inside. The property has a private, enclosed pool with a screen fence to keep little ones safe. You will also have access to a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars, and a 1 car garage to be used as you please. No smoking of any kind allowed on premises. Parking will only be allowed in designated parking areas (eg. driveway and garage.) Any pets are allowed. Maximum are 3 of either dogs, cats or any combination of the two. Pets must be controlled, on a leash and their waste picked up. Feeder bugs for exotic pets must be in a secure container. Lease duration will be a 6 months to begin. This is the "probationary period." After the probationary period is complete, a longer lease duration may be signed, contingent on landlord or tenants decisions. Utilities such as water, light, cable and Wi-Fi are not included in your monthly rent. However, its inclusion may be negotiated. We ask that the tenants maintain a high level of cleanliness while renting. If cleanliness is not being kept, landlord may decide to terminate the lease after the duration. Trash and recycling are picked up every week, trash on Monday and recycling on Friday. Please be aware of this and take bins to the end of the driveway on its designated day of the week. Painting of the interior walls of the unit is prohibited. Upon completion of the lease duration, there will be an inspection of the interior of the unit. Any excessive damage to any property, painted walls, etc. will lead to forfeiture of the security deposit.
