I live in the Jamestown Condominiums right off MLK (9th Street) and 85th ave N It is less than a mile South of 275 and the Gandy so very close to HGWY and 15 mins to downtown St Pete and 20 mins to Tampa airport. All fairly new stainless-steel appliances, Granite counter tops, laminate hardwood floors and ceramic tile. Air fryer, toaster oven and other cooking appliances. The bedroom is carpeted and has a walk-in closet. Room has a bed, end table and either a desk or cubed entertainment center. You would have an assigned uncovered parking spot right outside the bedroom window view. Carport is also available and laundry right on premise just a few steps away but they are putting new machines in after the storms but there is still a laundry room available on the property. Target, Publix, Steak and Shake, 711, Millers Ale House, Oriental food, CVS, and other shopping within a couple block walk. (Gateway Mall) The #4 bus is at the end of the street and takes you to Gateway where you can go just about anywhere including Tampa. I am about 20 steps away out the Florida Room from one of the 2 pools in the complex and it also has tennis courts, etc. I have 2 refrigerators and also a deep freezer so plenty of room for food and bev. You'd have a fridge and freezer all to yourself in the Florida room. No cigarette smoking in unit. No drama here and it needs to stay that way! 420 is fine inside but I do not smoke myself. Rent and utilities are $1000 a month total and would include electric, High Speed Internet (600MBS), Netflix, water, sewer and garbage. 1st months rent + deposit to move in and 30 day notice to move out is fine.
