With six elegantly appointed bedrooms and six full bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, offering a blend of coastal charm and luxury. Enjoy the gentle coastal breeze on the wrap-around porches, complete with swings, rockers, and hanging beds, designed for ultimate relaxation. Family Tides features an expansive layout with a living room, dining room, two screened porches, and an open porch. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the home includes a game room with a ping pong table and pool table. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts, complemented by a premium large gas grill for outdoor cooking. Guests can enjoy a temporary club membership for $200 a day, granting access to two community pools, dining, tennis, and the champion Pete Dye golf course. Additionally, a daily credit of $50 is available for beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks. The maximum number of cars allowed is six, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Located in the private oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home offers access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. The community is conveniently situated between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to a variety of activities and attractions. This home is equipped with three exterior security cameras for safety and security, located at the front entrance, rear of the home, and in the garage. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed on the premises. Reservations for individuals under 25 require the presence of a responsible parent or guardian. Check-in during the summer is on Friday.
