The Apartments feature living/dining room, full bathroom, laminated wood flooring, stainless steel appliances (gas stove) garbage disposal, intercom system and laundry room on premises (photos are of a Sample unit). The courtyard features a stone water fountain and wooden benches.
Green Street Apartments is in very close proximity to Temple University, Penn's Landing, and the Community College of Philadelphia. Also conveniently located to public transportation.
To move in you will need 1st months rent and 2 months security deposit. There is a minimum 1 year lease requirement.
There is a $35 application processing fee per occupant 18 and over.

Management
Lisa was great. She was willing to work with us and I was impressed by the work they do with the community by hosting drives and events. She responded quickly and honestly to all our questions.

Property
The property was not in pristine condition. The walls were dingy and there was visibly torn insulation on the pipes and the stairway was dark. Clearly the tenants put some effort in making the building feel homier by putting plant pots outside their doors. The interior living area was roomy but the bedrooms were small. The kitchen area was a different color than the pictures and the corner cabinets were not functional. There is plenty of closet space. I counted 5 closets. I kept telling myself that you get what you pay for. For this price I can turn a bling eye to some insulation and get a smaller bed.
