Deposit: $1,100. ( Deposit is returned 5 to 10 business days after vacating the unit and after a thorough inspection of the unit. If tenant renews lease agreement at the end of its term the deposit will be applied towards the new agreement.

Must park vehicle on assign space and to keep that space clean of oil dripping and grease.
If tenant does not comply with the rules and regulation, the tenant must leave the premises and loose any remaining balance.
