The rent is $1,050 a month with a security deposit of $500. The rent includes lawn care, propane and wifi. Water and electricity are paid up to a cap. Up to $130 for the water and $200 for the electricity, the remainder balance is split between the people living in the home. I am looking for non-smoker, no pets, 1 person. To qualify you need to make 2.5x your income (co-signer for Stetson students accepted), credit score of 600 or higher, no evictions, or negative credit history, background check will be conducted, no criminal history/issues.
