No cost Rural mail delivery directly to your private mailbox in front of the apartment. Your monthly rent includes All utilities: high-speed wireless internet, city water/ sewer, electricity, heat, AC, etc. All utilities are included less trash disposal and cable TV which is available from the Optimum cable company if desired. The trash recycling center is 1.25 miles away. A one-year lease is available that is renewable on a month-to-month basic after the first year. To apply you will need to furnish excellent references.
