This downtown Orillia apt is available sometime between August 23rd and Sept 1st. The exact date will depend on the readiness of both my existing tenant to move out and the new tenant to move in.
This apartment is a complete independent unit with its own entrance, and also includes:
- One parking spot
- Dedicated deck and patio
- Kitchen with 24" wide stove
- Washer + Dryer in small unfinished basement
- 3 piece bathroom (bath/shwr/sink/toilet)
The apartment is on a property near Coldwater and West St, with a total of 4 units 1 commercial and 3 residential. The landlord currently lives in one of the 3 res units.
Type of Apartment/Layout: the bed is in the small loft area above the living room. Like most lofts, it is not totally enclosed, so the loft and living room share open vertical space, like a bachelor. However, this apt also has a (small unfinished) basement, which is not typical for a bachelor, and it is larger than most bachelors.
Apt is heated by electricity (baseboard heaters). Average cost of electricity, including heat, is estimated to about $140/month average, over a year, but more accurate numbers may be available soonish.
First and last month's rent are required.
Four types of references are required 1. Current landlord and previous landlords' a) name b) address and c) phone number. 2. A reference I can use to verify your current income level, such as a human resources contact and their number 3. Credit check report I will need your signed consent for this 4. Background-police check
