The apartment features intact historic hardwood floors that add character to the space. Enjoy entertainment on the Roku TV, which provides access to local stations including sports via the Roku's SPECTRUM app. Stream your favorite shows on HBO, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and other apps using the Roku device. Located in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood, the apartment is surrounded by Cincinnati's best bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries within walking distance. Music Hall and venues for the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony are also nearby. For baseball enthusiasts, the Great American Ballpark is just over a mile away, and you can easily access it by walking or taking the streetcar a few blocks away. The neighborhood is one of the country's largest intact historic areas, boasting beautiful Italianate architecture. With dedicated off-street parking, you can easily explore the area on foot or use the Cincy RedBike station right in front of the building for $8 a day. Alternatively, the streetcar, located about 5 blocks away, offers convenient transportation options for just $1 or $2 for a day pass. Uber and Lyft are readily available, typically arriving within 5 minutes. Parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment, and any intention to throw a party will result in denied entry without a refund. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing under Cincinnati Municipal Code. Entry may also be denied if you are from the local area, booking same-day, or have negative or no reviews without prior communication.
