    This loft is available for rent, unfurnished, beginning June 1, 2025 (or earlier if needed). The current tenant is looking to sell her furniture, so if you're interested in buying any, let me know, and I can put you in touch. Rent a coveted Art-Deco 1 BR/1BA live/work loft (1,056 sq ft) on the 3rd (top) floor located in the historic Lighthouse Lofts building in SOMA (at the intersection of 7th & Howard Streets). Bathroom has been recently renovated (and we are proud of the result!). There is also communal access to the rooftop with a grill. The first set of pictures show the loft as it was staged in 2016 when it was listed for sale. The second set of pictures show the loft as currently furnished. Walking distance to downtown SF shopping, financial district, restaurants and bars. Right next to the 80 and 101, so this is the most convenient location for commuting either to east or south bays from SF. A 20-minute walk (or 5-minute bike ride) to the Caltrain on King & 4th Streets. Features traditional open floor plan and large industrial, sound-resistant windows. Loft boasts approx. 20-foot-high vaulted concrete ceilings and a large skylight that allows for an abundance of natural light. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances that opens up to the living room. The loft bedroom on the mezzanine level has a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a washer/dryer unit. There is also a car parking spot on ground floor of the building (the garage opens up onto 7th Street) available for $200 per month. The tenant is not required to rent the parking spot. No EV charging is currently installed, but if you need it, I'm happy to install it. The loft is zoned for both residential and commercial use (great for a small startups). Note that the rent *includes* water and internet, but *not* electricity. I would ideally be looking for a minimum 12-month lease.
