Sits on four acres with access to fenced area with extra cost. 1 bedroom 1 bath small kitchen with little porch and small fenced yard with goat fencing for small pup. Two a/c heater combo window units, one in bedroom and one in living/kitchen area. Beautiful view from porch. There is a smaller house on property that we may use for storage or might rent out too. Prefer 6-12 month lease with certain terms for tending to country property.
